In Spring 2025, the Language Center, in partnership with the Equality Office, will be adding a new language to its course catalogue : French sign language.

Join us for our kick-off workshop, organized during the lunch break (complimentary meal provided), to discover this new offer and learn about French sign  language, deaf culture and its history. In this session (1 1/2h), you'll have the opportunity to discover the basics of sign language, understand its importance and, why not, awaken in yourself the desire to learn it by signing up for this new course.

This workshop, proposed by the Language Center and the Equality Office, will be led by Noha El Sadawy, a deaf member of staff at UNIL.
