CSE courses for teachers

Each semester, the CSE offers a variety of training courses to all those who are involved in teaching or student supervision activities at UNIL. These courses are organized according to different formats: pedagogical exploration webinars (1.5 hours, online), pedagogical reinforcement modules (1 to 3 days, face-to-face), accompanied self-directed learning module (MAAG) (from 3h to 8h in autonomy), agile development pathway (PAD) (10 to 15h total workload, hybrid). All training courses give access to a participation certificate.

The module « Reflection on university teaching » can be offered in English on request (open from 12 people, pre-registration by e-mail).
If you are considering implementing one of the methods introduced in other courses in your teaching, but French poses an issue, you can ask for a pedagogical guidance in English (request by e-mail).

Pedagogical exploration webinars and PAD are open to Swiss Higher Education Institutions members. Pedagogical reinforcement modules are open to RCFE members. Attending face-to-face sessions is mandatory.
