This session is dedicated to acquiring the skills needed to interact effectively with AI systems. Participants learn how to formulate precise instructions (prompts) and optimise their interactions to obtain relevant results in their specific teaching contexts.

The prompting techniques proposed will be contextualised in the use of GAI as a teaching aid for tasks such as helping to write course syllabuses, proposing teaching strategies and adapting assessments.

Objectives:

• To learn the principles of formulating effective prompts for generative AI tools.
• Experiment with uses of AI for the preparation of educational content (syllabi, activities, assessments).
• Develop a critical stance towards AI-generated results in an educational context.
