Sexism, sexual harassment and any attack on dignity are not tolerated at the University of Lausanne. As a professor, supervisor or manager, you represent the employer, UNIL, and play an important role in creating and maintaining a healthy and peaceful work and study environment.

Pedagogical objectives:

• Understand the issues involved in a sexism or sexual harassment situation ;
• Know your responsibilities as an employer representative;
• Prevent sexism and sexual harassment in your team;
• Identify a problematic situation of sexism and/or sexual harassment;
• Call upon the resources available at UNIL;
• React to such a situation in your leadership or supervisory role.

This 30-minute module is intended for anyone with leadership or supervisory responsibility for one or more people at UNIL.
