UNIL aims to offer all its employees a working environment that respects individuals and allows everyone to thrive. It provides members of staff with a range of measures, including this module, to promote individual recognition and support personal development.
UNIL expects everyone to adopt appropriate and responsible behaviour. This means understanding what is meant by conflict and violations of personal integrity.
