This final session examines the rethinking of assessment practices in a context where AI is increasingly present. Using the PRAX‑IA model developed by the Teaching Support Centre, participants will explore various guidelines and resources related to positioning their assessment practices in relation to the presence of generative AI.
The session invites participants to shift from a defensive reaction to a proactive and thoughtful stance toward students’ use of AI in assessed work.
Objectives
Identify the risks and opportunities associated with the use of AI in assessment practices.
Familiarize oneself with the PRAX‑IA model to position one’s assessment practices within an AI‑influenced context.
Develop approaches for adapting assessments to new student uses of AI.
